We are netters of the New Threads website (XYS, xys.org), a U.S. based Chinese website dedicated to fighting academic corruption in China. XYS has been exposing Dr. Xiao's academic misconducts and his fraudulent procedure since 2005, and finally drawn the attention of Chinese lawyers and media, whose investigations further revealed more astonishing facts regarding the Xiao Procedure.
