My office computer can only use Microsoft product, Chinese IME works fine until I got the OS upgraded to Win11.

(The issue I have is the installation fails when try to load the basic typing (under language option). It says ...trouble installing this feature. Error code: 0x800F0954

What's the alternative (without installation)?
