1. Free to express yourself,(best in the world)
2. CCP reserves the right to interpret if you are a threat or not (法网恢恢疏而不漏，明明犯法了可以说你没犯法，明明没犯法可以说你犯法了)
3. once you are a threat, 哈哈，欲加之罪何患无辞，反正不透明不公开。

Note：
CCP NEVER put anyone in prison simply because of what he said, those who were found supporting student movements were all imprisoned due to the FACT that they either vandalize public property or violate rights of women or children, or other punishable criminal activities clearly defined by the law.
